Join us for a yoga experience designed specifically for new moms and your little ones! In this registered session you will be guided through yoga postures to build strength, flexibility, and reduce some of the strain of being a new mom. Reconnect with your body, enjoy a unique bonding experience with your little one, and meet an amazing community of moms and babies in the process!
Classes are appropriate for little ones from about 6 weeks to 4 years old. Moms can bring both baby and tot!

Critical Alignment (Jan/Feb Session)
CAT is a practice that integrates specific props, yoga related exercises and breath awareness to help release the tension and strain, caused by stress and injury, in our body's large surface muscles. Once this tension starts to release in our body, movement is integrated into the practice to activate the proper muscles so that we can move more effectively using correct muscle patterns. This effective movement brings ease and lightness into our physical body, and ultimately into our lives.

This workshop series is limited to 15 students. Registration is required.
Develop and deepen your practice in this self-led Mysore style week. A self-led practice is a powerful way to learn, develop and understand the flow, grace and meditative qualities of this practice. It is open to individuals new to yoga and experienced practitioners.
During this week, you are encouraged to move through the traditional Ashtanga practice at your own pace with help and guidance of a teacher. You will receive individual adjustments and assistance according to your own personal needs and challenges.
Mysore runs from 5:45am-8:00am. You are welcome to arrive at any time during these hours and leave once your practice is finished (please be done by 8am). This is not a 2.5 hour class.
