75 Hour Meditation Teacher Training

It is our pleasure to offer, in collaboration with Sacred Line Spirituality, a 75-hour Meditation Teacher Training program, running September 2023 until April 2024. This Meditation Teacher Training is a complete meditation and mindfulness program, offered in a small group setting (maximum 12 students), that will give you the confidence and skill to teach these techniques in any environment from studio to boardroom.

This comprehensive training is based on the methodology of experiential education. We engage learners in direct experience, discussion, and focused reflection to increase knowledge, build skills, clarify values, and develop their unique ability to bring maximum benefit to their communities.

Whether you choose to engage in this journey to teach others, grow your personal practice or expand your understanding of the world around you, you will be satisfied. For the age-old practice of meditation provides a path to self-understanding that gives you the freedom to choose the life you desire.

We have more gadgets and stuff than any other time in history yet, as a collective, we are more anxious, depressed, and discouraged. Our mind dictates our reality. Learning to see clearly, unfettered by the filters of our thoughts, feelings and misperceptions is critical for our individual happiness and the greater hope of humanity. Become part of the solution. Learn to understand and harness the power of your mind, then help others to do the same. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. Want to get better? Join us. We’ll get better together.

The training includes:

  • An integrated understanding of the mind that combines eastern and western anatomy to form a complete path to higher functioning.
  • Study, practice, and supervised teaching of a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques.
  • Guided exploration and practical understanding of the 7 major centres of the mind (chakras).
